Workspaces
Learn what workspaces are in Kitful and how to create, update, and manage them.
Workspaces help you organize your generated content and settings for different projects or clients.
What a workspace is
Each workspace keeps its own set of:
- articles
- integrations
- Autoblog campaigns
This makes workspaces useful when you want to keep different brands, sites, or clients separate.
When to create a new workspace
Create a new workspace when:
- you are working on a different brand
- you want separate integrations for a different site
- you want a cleaner way to split content by client or project
If everything belongs to the same site or brand, one workspace is usually enough.
Create a workspace
- Open
Workspaces. - Click
New Space. - In
New Workspace, enter theSpace Name. - Click
Continue.
Your new workspace is then ready to use for articles, integrations, and Autoblog.
Update a workspace
From Workspaces, use the edit action on a workspace to open Settings.
There you can update:
Workspace NameWorkspace Logo
A logo is optional, but it can make it easier to tell workspaces apart at a glance.
Delete a workspace
You can delete a workspace from the Workspaces page.
Before you do, remember:
- deleting a workspace permanently removes its content and data
- you cannot delete your only remaining workspace
If the workspace still has articles or publishing setup you want to keep, move that work first before deleting it.
Best practices
- use one workspace per brand or client
- keep integrations tied to the workspace that actually publishes the content
- name workspaces clearly so your team can recognize them quickly
