Shopify

Use the Shopify integration when you want Kitful to publish articles straight to your Shopify blog.

What you need before you start

• a Shopify store
• permission to install or configure apps
• access to the Shopify app settings for that store

Before you connect Shopify

Make sure your Shopify app has these scopes enabled:

• read_content
• write_content

Without them, Kitful will not be able to fetch your blogs or publish posts.

Connect Shopify in Kitful

1. Open your workspace in Kitful.
2. Go to Integrations.
3. Click Add on Shopify.
4. Fill in:
   • Integration Name
   • Shop Domain
   • Client ID
   • Client Secret
5. Click Test.
6. Choose the blog you want to publish to.
7. Click Connect.

Publish an article manually

1. Open the article in Kitful.
2. Click Publish.
3. Choose your Shopify integration.
4. Confirm the publish.

Use Shopify with Autoblog

1. Open Autoblog.
2. Create a new campaign or edit an existing one.
3. In Campaign Configuration, select your Shopify integration in Integration.
4. Set your publishing schedule and launch the campaign.

Troubleshooting

Connected but failed to fetch blogs

• Confirm read_content and write_content are enabled.
• Make sure the app is installed on the correct store.
• Double-check the domain, client ID, and client secret.

Connected, but no blogs found

• Create at least one blog in Shopify first.
• Run Test again.

Publishing fails after setup

• Re-test the integration in Kitful.
• Confirm the selected Shopify blog still exists.
• Disconnect and reconnect if the app credentials changed.
